You are invited to a nanoscale characterization workshop co-hosted by Bruker and the Georgia Institute of Technology. During this two-day event, you will learn about new advances and research trends for atomic force microscopy (AFM), nanoscale infrared (nanoIR) spectroscopy, and nanoindentation (NI) in the field of materials and biology, including living cells.

You will also get hands-on demonstrations with Bruker’s Dimension Icon AFM, Dimension IconIR, NanoWizard V BioScience, TI 980 TriboIndenter, and Hysitron PI 89 SEM PicoIndenter.
